Is there any restirction if I join a direct client?

Hi All,

I am on H1 here and my company’s contract is getting end and the client has asked them to give their employee, but they are not ready to do so,

So just want to know if there is a way on how I can join a client directly.

Is there any law which will restrict me to do so.

There is no law which would stop you from joining the client directly. The only problem might be a non compete agreement with you and your current employer. usually it states the number of months you can not join any client introduced to you while you were employed with that employer.
