IS there any possibility of QA wih 3 years exp getting H1B sponsorship?

I am working as QA in one of the IT company from past 3 years. I am trying very hard to get a job in usa as my brother is working there in Seattle and my parents are willing to join him soon.

Do you think I stand a chance to get H1B ? which companies will sponsor and how do I apply ?

Yes you have the possibility of getting a job. No issues. What is you education background. that also matters. Try to find the employer first using job portals.

Thanks a lot Vivek for replying . I am a BE Graduate . from Computer science branch,.I read that the H1B quota for this year is over. So does it mean I cant get any sponsorship jobs this year
