Is there any issue during H1B interview if father's name is not same on educational certificates and passport?

My name on degree certificate is ‘ABC XXXRAO PQR’. However in passport and petition it is 'ABC XXX PQR’.

Here 'XXXRAO’ is father’s name and difference is RAO.

My H1B petition got approved. Now I’m going to schedule interview. Do I need to have affidavit for this and carry during interview? Please guide me on this.

H-1B visa is not impacted if the father’s name is not same in passport and education certificates. They go by what’s there in the passport and what you have mentioned in the DS-160 form.
