Is there a way to get approved petition copy from USCIS without communicating Employer?

Hi, I have approved petition which was filed in 2015 and will expire in Aug 2018. My employer is not giving me petition copy, hence stamping also not done yet. I am in India and my employer is still looking for position to fit me in. I only know petition number and it is approved.

  1. Is there a way to get petition copy from USCIS ?

  2. If I get petition copy, Will I be able to transfer my petition to another employer in my case?
