My question is exactly same as the title, I would like to know is there a minimum hours wot work per week in order to apply for H1B.
I am currently working around 34 hours per week, is that good enough to apply for H1b
Prior to H-1B, employer will have to file the LCA. There they can mention the salary and numbers of hours you are expected to work per week. It is ok if the number is not 40 but 34.
Once LCA is certified and you get the H-1 with it, you will have to work at least those many hours and get at least that much salary.
