Is the Interview Waiver Confirmation no longer needed for H1B Drop box?

I’m planning to go for H1B drop box in Hyderabad and I have an Appointment Confirmation for February 3, 2020.

Do i need to submit Interview Waiver Confirmation Page along with other documents? In the Appointment Confirmation mail i received it doesn’t mention about the Interview Waiver Confirmation Page

On the visa renew page for India on ustraveldocs it is not mentioned.

But on other countries like Romania

It says.
IMPORTANT! You must print out the Interview Waiver Confirmation Page and send it to the Consular Section along with the other documents. If we do not receive the Interview Waiver Confirmation Page, we will not be able to process your visa application. This is how the Interview Waiver Confirmation Page looks like:

There is no separate page that tells the waiver. Since the new process, the letter has changed.
Just print out all the pages of confirmation. It is different for every country, cannot compare with Romania.
