My H1B petition is approved in 2008 and visa stamping is done. I haven’t travelled to US during these 6 years as i was on other countries. My Visa expired in 2011. Am i eligible for exempt?
No you are not eligible. You should have activated the visa once at least by the end of the 6th year.
