Is same client letter ok for visa stamping that has been used for petetion approval?

Hi,

My h1 petition got approved 3 months back and now I got the documents from employer for visa stamping. I realised that they have given the copy of the same client letter that has been used for Petition filing. So now my client letter is 3 months old and copy of original one. Is this mostly acceptable or risk for h1b stamping?

It is ok to have the old client letter as the petition was filed against it. There is a chance, if officer has doubts about the client letter then they would issue 221g and decide to do background verification with the client.
