Hi,
My visa stamping is valid until April 2018 and presently I am in USA. But now since my client has changed so as well my work location, my same employer has filed Visa (Amendment + Extension) until 2019 and decision is still pending.
Now I have plan to visit India during June 2017 for a month, do I need to go for re-stamping even tough my visa is valid until 2018 and in case (Amendment + Extension) 2019 visa gets approved.
Please advise.
