Is quota applicable to 2nd H1 after few years !!

Hi,

I worked is USA between 1997 to 2003 on H1b visa. After that I moved to India, now if I were to relocate back to US, and if a sponsor would file a H1b peteition, will the quota be applicable for me ? OR are there exemptions that since I am a old H1B holder, H1B peteition can be filed anytime ?

U are not Cap-Exempted. U must go thru Lottery…

Cap-Exemption is for 6 years from Approval and its done
