Is pay checks compulsory for applying for H1

Hi

I am in OPT it is expiring on july 2013

i am not working any where but i find an employer who can file my H1

My question is it compulsory do i need a pay checks for applying H1.

Is there any chanches of getting querry with out pay slips

On OPT a person cannot be unemployed for more than 90 days. So you will have to show to USCIS that you didn’t stay unemployed for more than 90 days, and the best way to do so is by submitting payslips for your employment.
