I have H1B stamped and now My H1B amendment for location change is in progress. Will I get new I797 & I129 copies or only new I129 will be issued to me? Thanks.
A new 797 will be issued when H-1 amendment has been processed. USCIS doesn’t issue I-129 - your employer submits one to USCIS and they don’t have to complete it in case of amendment. They have to complete I-824 instead.
