Is my I-130 approved or not

Sir / Madam,

My brother who is citizen applied for family based green card for alien sister. He submitted I-130 in 2008. Still I did not receive any communication whether my I-130 is approved or not. Whom can we reach out regarding this. Please advise.

You can check visa bulletin updates and the case starus if you have the I-130 receipt number.
The F4 category priority date being currently processed is at 2005, s9 8t will take several more years to get to 2008.
