Hello. I received my H1B in the Lottery in May 2015 and I resigned my job in July 2015 and left for India in Aug 2015. I am planning of moving back again. Are there any chances that my H1B can still be used?
I have the I797 Acceptance Document from USCIS but not sure if my H1B is still active.
