I’m already pursuing MCA in India. I wanted to know can i apply for MS in US. I had few queries regarding this. Heard telling MCA is equivalent to MS degree in US? any other courses that can be taken up after MCA .
You can apply for MS in US. MCA is a Masters degree, but having MCA does not hinder you from getting another master’s degree. You can go for PhD or puruse any other MS specilization that you are interested.
I would like to add to what Kumar said - your proposed USA MS coursework must be a ‘significant departure in technical subject scope’ from the MCA or you will be queried on reasons for duplicating a degree
