Is it worth spending 15000$ per semester on Rutgers university?

I have been admitted to Rutgers university for my masters. The fee per semester is 15000$. I would like to know is it worth spending that much on tuition?

Also, is it possible to get US domestic loans?

You would not get loan unless you have a US citizen co-signing

No, it is not worth it, the cost is almost criminal and will keep you in debt for a long time unless you are an Ambani or a Tata or a Birla. US domestic loans are possible for new arrivals. Try www.dcu.org which supports foreign nationals.
