Is it valid to apply H1B with different employers (more than 1) for same location (different cities)?

I am aware that we can apply for H1B from different employers, however, in this Is it valid to apply H1B with these different employers (more than 1) for same location (i.e. different cities but under same county & state)?

Anyone faced such scenario?

Doesn’t matter, only thing is that it should be from different employers. Location doesn’t matter
