Just now, my RFE status got changed to this??? what does this mean exactly??

On February 1, 2016, we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EAC************. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by March 2, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Could be 2nd RFE, or a site update error. Your employer would know for sure in 1-2 weeks depending upon whether they receive the RFE notice or not.

2nd RFE is uncommon but still possible.

It is 2 nd RFE and for the second time also,they are asking the same mentioned in the first one.
