I have valid H1b US visa stamped and ready for travel valid till Sep this year, is it safe to travel to US on this visa now ? Please suggest .. i dont have any client letters or job, need to search for one after reaching US .. Please let me know the current situation.. at PoEs.

If you do not have a real job, you should not travel. Look for a job, get proper client letter, get updated LCA for the new role, amend H1B petition as needed and then try to enter. Entering without having a job and supporting documentation can get you into big trouble, and you may be sent back as you do not have a job.
