My H1B visa is expiring in Feb. 2014 and I want to travel to India from mid Nov. to mid Dec. 2013. Is it safe to travel?
Will I have any issues on POE because of less number of days left on my visa?No, there should not be an issue. Some of my friends have travelled a week before the visa expiry.
