Is it safe to travel outside US on my OPT Extension?

I am on my OPT Extension right now. I want to travel outside US for few days. Is it safe to travel outside US in this situation since OPT Extension is revoked? Will there be any kind of issues like immigration or etc?

I would suggest not to… Its not at all advisable to step out of…
