Is it safe to travel back to USA on H1b after 180 days stay in India

Hi All,

My h1b visa valid till 2028.
i am in India since July2025 due to my mother health issues.before July’2025 i was in USA on H1b.
I dont have paystubs from July’2025.Now is it safe to back to Travel,Any expected issues at POE.
Please any one suggest me.

You need a valid job to go to the US. Just having Stamping or Approval does not mean anything. You must get a job that is linked to your H1B to be able to travel. If you try to misrepresent and enter, you can be stopped at POE and deported. Be careful!

i had valid job offer and pay stubs for 2 months last,stil any issues.
