Hi,
I was on L1B VISA with company A and they had prepared(filed PWD + processed recruitment) my PERM but didn’t file it. I am now joining a company B on H1B and they are filing my PERM.
Is it required to inform attorney filing my PERM with company B that previously my PWD was filed but PERM was not filed ? Does USCIS or DOL ask this information in new PWD or ETA form 9089 or I-140 or any other forms during GC process ?
PS : I know it doesn’t hurt informing them but i have hide this by mistake so i want to know consequences.
