Is it possible to renew / transfer Expired H1B?

Hi,

I have a question with regard to expired H1B visa petition.

I have an H1B stamp from employer A which expired on 30JUN2012. The petition was approved in SEP2007 and was valid from 01OCT2007.

I used this visa only once for 7 months to enter US during its validity.

Please advise if it is possible to renew / transfer my previous H1B under cap exempt status to my new employer B.

Yes, you can apply under cap-exempt.

Apologies, my visa got expired on 30JUN2010. It was a typo mistake.

My visa was valid from 01OCT2007 till 30JUN2010.

Please let me know if H1B can be applied under cap exempt status and the next steps which my current company has to take for processing H1B visa.
