I am currently awaiting a final answer on my pending H1B visa application. I was on an O.P.T. visa which I believe was automatically extended while my application is pending. My main issue is that I have made arrangements to travel home for the first time in three years next week. Is it okay for me to travel abroad while my H1B visa is pending? I have put a lot of time and effort into this visa application and I do not want to do anything to mess it up. I would appreciate any response anyone may have.
