Is it advisable to apply for B1 visa when our company have faced continuous

I have a salary of 8LPA and planning to apply for B1 visa based on clients request for business meetings. I have an invitation letter as well. B1 applicants from my company have faced 7-8 continuous rejections. Is it advisable to apply for B1 visa now with all the given information? If at all, if i get rejected after applying, will it cause any problem if I apply for H1B in future

If all your company applicants have been facing rejections, then something is wrong with the way the B1 application is put together. I think the invitation letter shows immigration risk such as vaguely defined purpose and the dates of invitation have been kept open. An applicant attracts 214b INA if certain conditions are not met. B1 rejection has no relevance to future H1B filing
