Hi, I am working as a software engineer in India for an mnc and have more than 5yrs of experience. I will be moving to US by mid-march 2013 on H4 visa and want to apply for H1B in april 2013. Will I be able to find a sponspor if I start looking after moving to US? My company in India is ready to initate H1b for me if I stay here. I’m confused if I should stay back or apply through some consultancy in US. Please advice. Thanks in advance. Anuradha
