Is H4 amendment required after a person in H4 group is moved to H1?

Hello,

My wife and two kids came to US on H4 (I was on H1) and their H4's were amended when I transferred my H1 to new employer.

Recently on 1-Oct-2013, my wife status was changed from H4 to H1. 

 

My Question is: Do H4's of my kids require amendment now since their H4's were amended last time along with my wife's H4?

 

Can you please share few information?

I don’t think so. Since currently their H4s are linked to you & your employer and there is no change in your employment status, kids H4s don’t need to be amended.
