Hi. I have H1B valid petition which was expired on Oct 2010. I got stamping done on April 2008 itself but didn’t travelled to US evn once in the past years… So can i reuse the VISA now? pls answer me ASAP so tat i can proceed further…
No, your stamping is expired. you need to have a new h1b petition filed under non-cap to get that visa stamped before traveling to USA.
