Is H1B still valid, without travelling and changing petitioner company?

I have H1 B visa from company A .I got it stamped on 7th May 2012.But I could not travel to US as I had some personel issues.recently I left company A and joined company B.

[b]In my passport Visa vlid till OCT 2014.Is my visa still vlid .Is it possible to transfer to company B.[/b]

Yes you can transfer your H1B to your new employer without travelling.
