I have a stamped H4 visa in my passport which is valid until June 2014. While in the US I got my H1B in Oct 2012 and started working but it is not stamped in my passport. I have to travel to India in July 2013. Will I have to go to the consulate for visa stamping again?
If your spouse has valid h1 visa and is still worlkinfg with same company , you can use your valid H4 status to enter USA. But if you propose to visit Usa after june 2014 you will need visa stamping again. why not get it done right now that will give you a longer valid visa .
