Hi,
I have H1B vis approved but not stamped. I have received 221g in 2016.
Still its showing under administration process in the 221g Tracker.
Now I have new employer, I need to extend my H1B visa transfer with new employer under cap exempt.
My Question is
Am I eligible for Premium Processing now to proceed with my new employer?
My Visa Details: H1B Approved in 2015 quota valid till Sep 2018, still not stamped, under 221(g).
Could some one please let me know what are the possible ways to do with my existing visa.
