Is H1B amendment required when just the location changes?

Hello,

I have a H1B petition approved with employer A, client B and location X.
But before the stamping has happened, there is a change- as in the location has changed from X to Y. The rest remains the same.In the above scenario, is just a new LCA ( for Y) enough or would I need a H1B Amendment as well ?
