is experience letter mandatory in US to join new company ?
I am working in India now. Will be travelling to US through some consultancy and transfer my Visa. But my current company will not provide me the experience letter and relieving letter. Will that create any problem if i want to shift my company in US or if I come back to india and try some job ?

It is generally a human resource and employee rights violation if they are not giving you an experience letter. Anyway, there should be no problem as your US experince will take on importance once you are here. If you return to India, the new experience letter will be relevant, US companies have no problem giving such letters.
