Is consultancy a good option to Enter US or singapore?

  1. Are consultancies good option and trustable in finding jobs in US or singapore?

  2. If we are hired in a company will they provide the H1B visa or is it that we have to get visa under our own risk?

Anyone who knows about these please let me know as I am in need of a job in either Singapore or US

  1. There are not enough good consultancies that file H-1 visa for US. Don’t know about Singapore

  2. The company needs to file H-1 for you and provide documents that help in successful petition approval and visa stamping. The company may ask you to pay for H-1 (which is illegal) to shift the financial risk from themselves to you.
