I know that you if you qualify for one of the national interest waivers, you can get emergency appointment.
In my case, my company is exempt from PP10052 as it is part of the association of tech companies which won the federal lawsuit exempting them from PP10052.
Other than this, my LCA was approved before July 2020 and my pay is 15% above LCA minimum.
I already have an appointment for my H1B stamping.
Would I be eligible for an NIE to get an expedited appointment? Alternatively, would I be good to go if I stuck with my existing appointment?
