I also received email from Blue Planet and they are asking for first appear for interview and if got selected will received offer letter from client then need to pay $4000 for H1B 2016.
Is this same with you?
I have not applied yet just want to confirm if this is valid way to go for H1B.

Hi I applied last year thru blue planet , I was not selected in the lottery.
Till now they did not refund. They pass the time thats all. For different people they are charging differently.

I had applied last year, they told me I am picked up but when asked about the petition number, they told they can’t share anything unless I pay extra 1000 USD to them . It’s already more than a year no status or any refund from them

This company is genuine I got reference through my friend who applied for H1B 2014 CAP. But he was not picked in lottery. He received refund genuinely from Blue Planet as per contract terms and conditions. And this years 2016 CAP myself and the same friend who was not picked in lottery both of us applied. We got all updates of filing and current status of our H1B Visa files also. I am happy to recommend for my friends.
