Hi, i have completed my masters in physical therapy in us. My opt is valid till mid aug this year. I am gonna join a new job by mid april hopefully n dont know how long the visa fiing process takes. If my employer files for h1b by end of april or early may is it to late? Will the quota be over by then?i believe i come in the masters 20,000category is that right?

You may be on the edge. Although no one can say w/ certainity but there is a 50-50 chance of cap surviving till April end. First few weeks of filings will provide us more insight.
