I’m in India and my employer filed H1 B visa for me and it got approved but stamping is not yet done. Now my employer would like to increase the package that was mentioned in the LCA by 20 - 30 %. Is an amendment required for this salary change? My job responsibilities and location remain the same…it is just the salary that is getting changed.
