Is a 3 Year diploma (10+3) considered eligible for H1b jobs with14years of experience in IT?
I see every 3 years of experience is considered as 1 year equivalent education by the US government but I am having hard time finding out this info and consultants ready to process such profiles from India; pls help
For H-1 a person needs to have equivalent to US Bachelors degree i.e. 10+2+4 years of education.
In your case, the best way to go is get your education evaluation done through an agency in US. You would then know what’s the US equivalent of your education.
Then you need to show 3 years of relevant work experience for each missing year of education.
