is 12th standard Mandatory for H1B even I have PG from UGC recognized university

recently I got an offer from xxx company they said to me that they will process H1B. for the year 2016.

I Have 7.5 years of IT experience.

my acedemics details

I dont have 12th standard (intermediate) after 10th

after 10th I have a 2 years gap after that

I have done my under graduation through Dr. B.R.A.O university. 2003-2006 (its UGC recognised)

I have done PGDCA through Nehru yuva kendra (central govt. of india)

after that

I got a job in 2007

again in 2009-2011 I have done my Post Graduation M.Sc(IT) through distance education through Nagarjuna University. (UGC Recognized).

can you please tell, Am I eligible for H1B with my acedemics and experience

UGC recognization, Central Government agencies etc doesnt matter.

All it does matters is that your education must be evaluated to be equalent to a Baccalaurate degree offered by an educational institution of United States. Having said that, search online for the resources of “US Educational Evaluation” information for your qualitifications.
