I am divorced and children’s are staying with me (Father). I am applying H4 visa for my children’s , they were previously on same Visa class. One of my Daughter is 14.6yrs and other one is 8 yrs.
Can they be eligible for Interview waiver even if there Mother does not stay with them? What is the document requirement for both of them in this case?
