Hi,I have a question regarding my eligibility for interview waiver program.I entered US in September 2013 on H4 visa stamped on my passport from india which is valid till March 2016. Then i filed form i 539 and did change of status to F1 in March 2014 while in US. Again i changed my status back to H4 in August 2015 and got it approved till March 2016. I’m planning to travel to india on October 2015. My question is 1. whether i need to go for stamping again for my h4 visa or can i re enter to US on my previously stamped h4 visa on my passport, which is valid till March 2016.2. My spouse has applied for h1 and h4 extension. So can i stamp my extension under interview waiver program as i already have a stamped h4 visa in my passport.Please note that while in US i’ve changed my visa from H4 to F1 and back to H4.Reading the requirements i hope i qualify for interview waiver program. Could you please confirm that for me.Thanks.
Its little tough to answer due to cos from H4 - F1 - H4. I haven’t seen the VISA interview waiver program talks about the cos information. But I would guess you might be eligible for drop box option as the current one is H4.
