I have applied for B2 visa for my son who is 4 years old. My wife ( accompanying parent) has a valid B2 visa till 2026. Will my son’s application qualify for Interview Waiver as only one of the parent has valid US B2 visa? His appointment is booked for Jan 21 , 2025. Can someone please provide some suggestions on this ?
This should be fine. At most if the consulate want any consent letter from you, you can submit the same.
