Inputs required for DS-160 on old petition

Hi,

I am filing the DS160 and have questions on the below options.

  1. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?
  • My application picked in 2016 lottery and provided all the docs, but got RFE and it’s rejected.

2.Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

Should I Say “NO” for both the questions? else should I say “Yes”.
Could you please help me.

This doesn’t count again the Q1 as your H1B petition was never approved and you never applied for a visa at US consulate.
Answer is NO.

Again the answer is NO as H1B is a non-immigrant petition unless someone files for your green card which is an immigrant petition.
