In my DS-160, I opted for the Delhi consulate, but I’m eligible for interview waiver or dropbox submission when scheduling an appointment. However, I can only choose the Chennai VAC for the appointment, despite initially selecting New Delhi in my DS-160 and already paying the visa stamping fee. Can I proceed with submitting my documents using the current DS-160, where I selected the Delhi consulate? Or do I need to generate a new DS-160 with the Chennai consulate chosen for the appointment? If the latter, what happens to the fee I’ve already paid, and can it still be utilized?
