I have got my case ID from my employer but when i check the status it is under RFE and My employer asked me for some silly documents so, can I reach the USICS customer care directly to ask on what documents they are looking for ?
because I did not recived any email from USICS asking for documents what I only see a email from my employer so, to be more cautious can I call them ? is that a safe ?
my doubt is on my employer?
