Anyone have recent experience of travelling with US born baby to India, while COVID regulations in place? While e-visa is not given, normal OCI are not allowed, what are the options here?

I traveled with a 2 year old back in July. You need to apply for emergency visa with 1 entry only for the baby and that is the only option
