independent H1B visa process-what to take care

Hi,

I have B1 VISA for US valid through 2020. however, I now thinking of filing for H1B visa to go and work there for longer duration. I don’t have any employer sponsership currently. I am willing to file an application by April 2013.

Can someone suggest the process in this case.

H1B visa is meant for working in US. You can not file independently like any other visa . You need find out a employer first, then only you can proceed with your H1B.

OK. Kindly let me know the process to get the VISA if I have the employer sponsorship. I am interested in filing VISA for the year 2013 (in discussion with 2-3 employers for sponsorship. hoping to get it soon)
