Incorrect Petitioner Name in Visa appointment application

Hi Team ,

I have scheduled the H4 appointment but in the application i have entered incorrect petitioner name .
Is it fine to go with the appointment ? or Should i cancel and reschedule the appointment?

Is there any limit in the rescheduling option during this time ?

Just fillout a new DS160 with correct information, then call VFS and provide them with the new DS-160 number. Take the old and new DS-160 confirmation page when going for appointment.

5 times including the initial appointment using the same visa fee receipt.
